We took our GABF award-winning beer, Under a Blood Orange Sky (UBOS), and added hundreds of pounds of blood orange juice. We turned something traditional into something astonishing: DUBOS (Double UBOS)! It packs a monster truckload of blood orange flavor complementing the Belgian yeast and strong malt backbone.

Owner, Don Bynum, has created a series of bottle conditioned beers. These beers encompasses a few of his favorite things: Belgian beer carbonated naturally in the bottle, a special locally owned winery – Sextant, and his favorite type of tree – Oak (scientifically known as Quercus). Ask your bartender which Quercus we currently have and enjoy!

Light Lager

A crisp, bright, refreshing lager for those who want a light beer but want to enjoy true craft ingredients: malt, hops, yeast & water.

A juice-like, foggy double Hazy IPA with assertive citrus, mango & stone fruit aromas & flavors.

Brown Ale

A traditional Brown Ale brewed with copious amounts of roasted almonds. The nutty aroma has hints of coffee and the beer finishes clean on the palate. This beer was created in collaboration with Famoso Nut Company & Grow West.

This full bodied Russian Imperial Stout was brewed with Ghiradelli cocoa nibs giving it a complexity beer lovers are sure to enjoy.

Like it’s namesake, this Doppelbock means business! It’s a strong lager for the ages with a smooth, malty delivery. This 10% lager is a smooth operator, so watch out!

India Pale Ale

This New England-style IPA uses a low flocculating yeast – meaning the yeast will stay in suspension, giving it a hazy characteristic. Like rap music, once called a fad, we think this style of beer will be around for years to come.
